To become a patient, please enroll in our electronic medical record.

You will not be charged until your first visit. The enrollment process asks you to commit to membership but please know this is not required and we will modify that accordingly. We will discuss at your first visit if you will benefit from one-time consultation fee or ongoing membership.

​We work collaboratively with Tallgrass Osteopathic Family Medicine and share medical records, clinic space and staff.
